Better Than Sex Cake

1 devils food cake mix, cooked and cooled.
Poke holes in cooled cake (use end of a wooden spoon)

Pour over top of cooled cake:
1/2 to 1 bottle caramel topping
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Refrigerate cake.

Spread 1 12-oz. carton of cool whip on cake.
Sprinkle crushed Skor candy bar OR grated Hershey's chocolate bar on top of cake.
Serve.
