3 quarts water
2 carrots
2 stalks celery
1 medium onion
All diced small and boil in water.
Add 3 cubes butter
6 chicken bouillon cubes
8 oz. Cheese Whiz
1 lbs. Velveeta
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook 1 bunch broccoli that has been separated, cut into small pieces in water and add, when cooked, to cheese mixture.
Thicken with flour and water.
