Cheesy Potatoes (Also known as Funeral Potatoes)

1 pkg. hashbrowns (cubed, not shredded)
2-3 tbs. sour cream (heaping)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
onion to taste
1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Crush potato chips or total cereal into crumbs and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hr, or until bubbling and golden brown on top.
