Oreo Cookies

1 box of Devils food cake mix
3/4 c. shortening
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix cake mix, shortening and eggs in medium sized bowl. Roll into quarter size balls. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 6 mins.

Oreo cookie filling:
4 oz. pkg. cream cheese
up to 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. of vanilla for taste

Mix cookie filling ingredients together. When cookies have cooled put filling in between two cookies.
