Snickerdoodles

1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
Mix and add to:
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Chill dough and roll into balls. Roll each ball in mixture of 2 tbs. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon.
Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 mins.
