Russian Chicken

Approx. 6 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, quartered or some chicken tenders. Place chicken in casserole dish.

Sauce:
1 small bottle Russian dressing
1 small bottle apple jelly or apricot jam or jelly

Optional:
1 tbs. Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 tsp. curry

Bake covered 40 mins to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Yummy when served with or over rice.
